The self-government and scientific workshop was held on the 8th September on the Lower Vistula River.
The MS Wanda with capacity of 70 seats took more than 100 participants (local and state government officials, researchers, administrators, entrepreneurs, ecologists) starting from Grudziadz at 9.00 pm and finally entering to the Baltic Sea at the dusk. The main topic of the workshop was a discussion about the chances and the risks concerning the construction of the Lower Vistula River cascade that would ensure the new waterway, flood safety and clean energy. Participants were discussing also about future investments fostering the development of inland transport and mobility of goods.
